Hi, when I lounch openflyers, the system gets me this problem:

What can I do? I haen't modified any file or setting....

Maybe your tmp directory access has been changed by your hoster.

an other possibility, the server was overloaded, and the sql request could'nt succeed in time.
I've got a similar problem with an other software
