Upgrade OF1.3 to OF2.0

Hi,

I have a working OF1.3 on a Windows Server 2008 with IIS 7.5, PHP 5.3 and MySQL 5.1.
I want to upgrade to OF 2.0 but I cannot find good step by step instructions on how to do this. Can someone please provide this?
