Request for Download link to V1.3 and v2 and Proper insatllation instructions

Hello Greetings from East Africa Uganda,
My name is james from Africa Uganda, and i have come across this project openflyers V2.
i am having difficulty having trouble installing the program as it gives me a blank screen.
i have subscribed and read about the requirements for installation and one of them is an installation of OF v1.3 for V2 to work.
How ever i have not been able to find V1.3 anywhere on line.
Could please send or point in the right direction where i can get version 1.3 and V2 and if possible written documentation on how to install step by step for both linux and windows.

If you have subscribed to OpenFlyers, then you have nothing to install: you have access to the OpenFlyers platform we provide for you.
